Daniel is a software engineer at Equinor with a background robotics. Early in his career he worked on digital solutions offshore, before shifting his focus to something he finds equally fascinating: helping people grow.
Today, he leads Equinor's agentic coding enabling team - building a community where engineers genuinely care for each other, help each other grow, and learn to use AI safely and effectively along the way. At NDC AI, Daniel is the team member asking the deeper questions: about human dignity, trust, and what responsible AI adoption looks like in society. He brings warmth, directness, and a belief that good technology - like good community - starts with genuinely caring about people.
