Polymorphic Mindset
Over the past year, I’ve worked across three projects diving deep into agentic AI workflows – from building a full CRM in three weeks on my own to collaborating in AI-driven teams. A clear pattern emerged: how much more we can do as developers when tools let us shift roles as the work demands. I call this a Polymorphic Mindset.
In this talk, I’ll share practical agentic AI workflows, relevant research on why this way of working matters, and what happens when you take it further with agent teams working in parallel.
How do we preserve the mental model when AI generates thousands of lines of code in seconds?
